The LDS Drumroll is an
electronic newsletter, delivered to subscribers during the first 10 days of
each month.
It is intended to
provide news and announcements of interest to members of the LDS community in
the DFW Metroplex.
Content includes
announcements from organizations that offer services, host firesides, sponsor
service activities, etc. that are of potential interest to the LDS
community.
Readers are invited to
submit news and announcements of their own. If accepted, the
material will be included in the next available issue.
In general, material
should be submitted by the end of the month for inclusion in the next month’s
issue.
The newsletter welcomes
announcements of members in the area who are entering missionary
service.
Notices of senior
missionaries who are entering, or returning from, missionary service are
especially welcome.
Content will also
include reports of ward or stake service projects and other special events.
Sometimes links will be
provided to selected items in the Church News or other publications that carry
an article that might be of special interest to local members.
